1. Who we are

Hukumlabs operates Aishop, a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations across channels including web widget, Telegram, custom API, and, after Meta approval, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.

2. Data we process

We process account information, business profile settings, connected channel configuration, customer conversation content, customer identifiers provided by the channel, conversation metadata, support requests, billing records, and technical logs.

3. Meta channel data

If a business connects a WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Messenger Page, we use the authorized Meta permissions only to provide the Aishop service: receive customer messages, display conversations in the business inbox, send AI or operator replies, manage channel connection status, and support operational workflows such as appointment booking, FAQs, lead capture, and human handoff.

We do not sell Meta channel data. We do not use it for ad targeting, unauthorized outreach, scraping, or access to consumer accounts outside the business-authorized messaging flow.

4. AI processing

Conversation content may be sent to model providers through our AI gateway to generate replies or classify operational intent. Businesses can use human handoff when an operator should reply directly. AI memory is limited to the active conversation context and is not treated as a permanent customer profile.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We use infrastructure, payment, model, and channel providers to operate the service. These may include hosting providers, model providers, payment processors, and Meta Platforms for connected WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger integrations.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support billing records. Businesses may request deletion of their account, connected channel data, customer records, and stored conversation history through the process described on our Data Deletion page.
