Aishop is a SaaS platform for service businesses such as salons, consultants, clinics, repair shops, hotels, and education teams. Businesses use Aishop to configure an AI assistant, connect customer channels, view conversations, and reply manually when needed.
Meta app review readiness
Hukumlabs does not use Meta permissions for scraping, advertising, unauthorized outreach, or access to consumer accounts. The product flow is business authorization, channel connection, customer conversation handling, and controlled data deletion.

Meta channel data is used to receive customer messages, show conversations in the Aishop inbox, send AI or human replies, and support appointments, FAQs, lead capture, and handoff.
Each business account is stored as a separate tenant. Channel identities, sessions, messages, and customer records are scoped to that tenant in the control plane.
When a business operator takes over a conversation, the AI dispatcher stops and operator replies are stored separately from AI replies.
Message content is processed to provide the service: conversation display, AI response generation, support, and security diagnostics.
A business can request deletion of its Aishop account, connected channel data, customer records, and stored conversation history.
Hukumlabs operates the platform. Connected businesses remain responsible for their own customer relationships and lawful messaging.
